Overall, the experience was average due to the service from cleaning staff and the need for better upkeep.

Not having enough towels for the number of guests meant hunting down staff for essentials, like soap that wasn't provided. The shower leaked all over, creating a small river on the bathroom floor, and the noise from adjacent rooms did not help with relaxation, especially from lively guests above. Plus, I noted some cigarette burns in the comforter—not exactly welcoming. It felt more like a dive than a typical hotel experience.
